Innovative design enables the creation of 5 generously sized townhouses on a very small mixed-use zone city site. The layout enables the option of a live work configuration, with living areas well separated from office and commercial spaces. Juliette balconies in glass are mixed with more traditional covered balconies, and the use of colour, materials and design detailing articulates and define the facades.
